For the test, take:
- 600 g flour
- 130 ml. oils (we take refined),
- 130 ml. ice water
- 1 tsp.
Cooking:
The option of mixing with water is a classic. Dissolve 1 teaspoon of salt in ice water and combine with refined oil. We take a whisk and whip the mass with it until a foam forms.
Gradually pour the flour into the water (be sure to sift it beforehand) and put the butter, knead the dough. After kneading (10 minutes), remove in the refrigerator for half an hour.
Note! You may need more or less flour - observe the state of the test. It should not be too hard and excessively liquid, in this case the rule of "golden mean" works.
4. Choux pastry for pasties

- 20 ml oils

Cooking:
We take a pot with a heavy bottom, pour water and oil into it, pour salt. Bring the mass to a boil. Then immediately pour the flour (half a cup) and, without turning off the fire, stir the mass. A film should form at the bottom of the pan - only then turn off the fire.
We shift the dough into a bowl and, adding the egg, mix until smooth. Now the moment has come for kneading the dough - we do this, gradually pouring the remaining flour. The resulting rolled up dough is wrapped with a film and do not touch it for half an hour.
3. Quick dough
This version of the test for pasties is very easy to prepare, and most importantly, fast. Therefore, if you are hungry, then it is perfect for you.
To prepare the dough we take:
- 0.5 l boiling water
- 400 g flour and salt to taste.
Cooking:
