From the regions of Russia we are moving to the capital of the Russian Federation to present the great, and most importantly the tallest buildings in Moscow.

Business Center "Leader Tower" - 145.5 m.
Petersburgers gave this skyscraper another unofficial name, but more beautiful - "Constitution Tower". But it so happened that there are more names in Russia in English than in native Russian.

TV towers
Of course, television towers also belong to high-rise buildings, although this is more an architectural structure than a building, but it would not be fair to talk about their uniqueness.
Ostankino - 540.1 m.
The list, which includes the highest television towers, of course, opens the Ostankino television tower, which was erected in 1967.
Today, it is the highest tower in Russia, and takes an honorable 10th place in the list of the tallest buildings in the world. The uniqueness of the project is that the depth of the foundation for such a massive object is only 4.6 meters.
Petersburg TV Tower - 326 m.
The tallest tower in St. Petersburg was constructed in 1962, and its height is 326 m, which is many times higher than many skyscrapers in St. Petersburg.
The tower throughout its history has constantly “grown” when new antennas were added to it, and in 2011 it reached its current height.
Perm television tower - 275 m.
A unique architectural structure appeared in Perm in 2016, and has become a real attraction of the entire region. The tower is equipped with original lighting, pleasing to the eye in the dark. Looking at it and other similar objects of the Russian Federation, we note that our television towers are the most beautiful in the world.
Despite such a considerable height, the rufers from Yekaterinburg climbed the tower, although it is fenced. But the photos taken during the rise became unique evidence of the greatness of engineering.
Yekaterinburg television tower - 361 meters
The Russian unfinished building, which was supposed to grow 361 meters above Yekaterinburg, was destroyed by an explosion on March 24, 2018, for safety reasons.
Despite numerous protests, the city authorities still decided to get rid of the tower. The main motivation for the destruction was the fact that there are residential buildings and offices nearby, and a metro line passes under the tower itself.
As you can see, the record holders for height, mainly raised in Moscow, Petersburg is still building up strength, but other cities have their own high complexes, and the active construction of skyscrapers in the Russian Federation began only at the beginning of the XXI century.
Cities are expanding at an incredible speed, and the latest technologies are used in construction, and who knows what other skyscrapers they will build in Moscow and other large cities of vast Russia, and, perhaps, future skyscrapers will exceed tens of meters already built.
